Where performance, efficiency, and comfort are a package deal.

Backed by research from the nonprofit Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), efficient gas rooftop units (RTUs) reduce HVAC energy use by up to 40%* and are as easy to install as any RTU.

Available in a variety of product options, efficient gas RTUs outperform standard RTUs using a variety of energy-saving features, including high insulation values, improved cabinet design, and low-leakage dampers.

With so many product variations available, efficient gas RTUs can flexibly meet the demand needs of a wide range of buildings and projects to achieve thermal comfort requirements and surpass energy-saving goals. Current options include a variety of high-performance features right out of the box, while integrated or bolt-on energy recovery ventilation can unlock even more energy savings.

  • 15–40% HVAC energy reduction
  • Easy installation
  • Flexible design options
  • Proven to work in Northern climates
  • Reduced unit infiltration
  • Convenient 1:1 replacement
